Job Descriptions
As a Site IT Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by managing and maintaining our Oracle-based IT systems. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities. 1. Oracle System Management. •Administer, configure, and maintain Oracle-based manufacturing systems, including Oracle E-Business Suite and related modules. •Ensure the availability and performance of Oracle applications, databases, and servers. •Manage the change request and coordinate with 3rd party or HQ IT to get it done 2. Technical Support. •Provide technical support to manufacturing teams for computer, network, laptop/desktop and Oracle Application •Collaborate with IT teams in China or HQ to resolve system and network problems that impact manufacturing operations. 3. Process Optimization. •Work closely with manufacturing and process engineering teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Oracle systems. •Work with 3rd party to develop and implement solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce downtime. 4. Documentation & Asset management. •Maintain accurate documentation of Oracle configurations, processes, and procedures. •Create and update user manuals and training materials for manufacturing staff. •IT asset management and license management. 5. Security and Compliance. •Ensure that Oracle and all IT-related systems comply with security standards and industry regulations. •Implement and monitor access controls, data integrity, and backups. 6.Training and Education. •Conduct training sessions for manufacturing personnel to enhance their proficiency in using Oracle and all IT-related systems. 7.Vendor Management:Collaborate with Oracle.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (2 years up ) working with Oracle E-Business Suite and related manufacturing modules
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their integration with IT systems.
  4. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  5. Excellent communication in English and teamwork skills.
  6. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  7. Knowledge of security best practices for Oracle systems.
  8. Oracle certifications and Chinese communication are a plus.
  9. Thai Nationality.
