•To analyze, control the sales and manage GP profits to achieve the sales target (Goal) specified by the company. •To work closely with suppliers (Brands) for create a promotion plan (Promotion) or organize activities. As appropriate in order to drive sales, release products according to the objectives •To plan short-term and long-term marketing strategies with the team and related departments. •To point out any opportunity for company such as New brand, Market trend and potential supplier •Analyze competitors in the market to analyze and jointly develop development plans with the team and related agencies. •To coordinate between suppliers and relevant agencies. In matters such as the salesperson (BA) of the brand, brand entry and all other supplier-related issues. •To provide advice and / or to work together with subordinates in the negotiation with the old / new supplier in terms of product costs Promotion price details for maximum benefits Without violating the rules and regulations of the company •To give advice, advise and inspect the subordinate's operations regarding inventory control or new products. •Selection new product and new brand

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
Years of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Buyer, sales & marketing, category management, or key account management
Retail or FMCG background would be a plus
Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, CMS platform experience
Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal
Strong strategic thinking, analytical abilities, with excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to multitask on multiple projects, excellent project management skills
Able to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in a fast-paced, complex and diverse environment
Previous experience working in a dynamic, high-growth company would be a plus
Passion for technology and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
Able to lead multi skills team with people-oriented leadership
