Workday: Monday- Friday (8:30 – 17:30) / Work From Anywhere
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new opportunities and establish professional long-term strategic relationships and partnerships with key account customers.
- Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to build new products.
- Responsible for sales target, gross margin, sales forecasting, monitoring sales performance, and all claims’ issues as needed.
- Conduct and analyze the monthly sales performance review report and meeting.
- Motivate, coach, and guide the team's performance by validating the effectiveness of sales activities, product knowledge, presentation skills, and feedback on areas of improvement.
- Other tasks assigned by the Management Team.
