Job Descriptions

'1. Cooperate with tooling team for tool request follow production plan and solve the quality issue '2. Cooperate with QC for first part release and solve the quality issue '3. Summary daily report output , downtime and quality defect record '4. Injection process troubleshooting online to achieve daily output, OEE, productivity, quality, delivery '5. Process parameter and machine daily check and record '6. Support machine preventive maintenance activity '7.Perform mold change model and color change follow production plan '8. Refill plastic resin and masterbatch follow production plan '9. Control safety and 5S in shop floor and material room '10.Perform additional assign task from supervisor

Qualifications

Diploma or above in Plastic injection molding/ Mold & Die/ Production Technology or related field
Plastic injection process, Injection machine operation and troubleshooting, Mold, Hot runner system , Mixing uint, Drying unit
ISO14001, ISO9001, BRC
'At least 3 years hand on experience with plastic injection molding process included production management , troubleshooting, cycle time improvement ,mold change
Have hand on experience for injection machine Sumitomo, Engle , Netstal
Have experience for mold not runner system Husky, Ewikon, Mold Master
