Job Descriptions
• รับแก้ปัญหาการใช้งานระบบทางโทรศัพท์
• สอน user ใช้งานระบบเบื้องต้นทางโทรศัพท์
• รับแจ้งปัญหาในการใช้งานระบบทางโทรศัพท์ ทำการแยกแยะและส่งต่อปัญหาไปยังผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
• นำข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องต่างๆเข้าระบบงานคอมพิว์เตอร์
• เข้างาน 8:30 - 5:30
* มีเบี้ยเลี้ยง ประกันสุขภาพ และ ค่าล่วงเวลา
Qualifications
- จบด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือ บัญชี
- มีความรู้ MS Office
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- ใช้งงานคอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นได้
