Job DescriptionsThis position will be responsible for overseeing the team's cultural management and supporting business strategy from the Managing Director to global executives. 1)Plan atomic activities to drive desired business culture.
2)Participate in strategic award efforts within human resources, culture, management, insurance, business, and related domains.

4)Manage the overall human resources system, including Manpower planning. recruitment Compensation Benefit management, labor relations management system and other related things.

7)Collaborate with MD and management team to drive business results through people and business strategy synergies.
