Job Descriptions
This position will be responsible for overseeing the team's cultural management and supporting business strategy from the Managing Director to global executives. This role will work closely with the core leadership team and all team members. To create and maintain an attractive and results-driven work environment. A 'Total Human resources Program' that aims to strengthen the team's skills in line with our overall business objectives. 1)Plan atomic activities to drive desired business culture. 2)Participate in strategic award efforts within human resources, culture, management, insurance, business, and related domains. 3)Work closely with the MD and management team to ensure a unified framework and implementation. 4)Manage the overall human resources system, including Manpower planning. recruitment Compensation Benefit management, labor relations management system and other related things. 5)Drive performance that aligns with the organization's to achieved goals. 6)Develop a framework for the talent development program and oversee the entire talent management lifecycle. including identifying talent succession planning Development programs and updates. 7)Collaborate with MD and management team to drive business results through people and business strategy synergies. 8)Assume the role of change by optimizing resources for managing impactful change in response to challenges. 9)Seamlessly integrate with the responsible team to act as a mentor, advisor, or employee advocate. to facilitate changes to improve solutions. 10)Work with a team of personnel, such as acquisition of talent. personnel growth Personnel experience Compensation and Benefits To deliver effective team initiatives and jointly drive towards common objectives. 11)Guaranteed treatment. promotion and awards for top practitioners to ensure a proactive development plan for high potential employees. 12)Carry out other projects assigned to enhance the employee experience and promote business growth.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor & master’s degree about HRM / HROD etc.
  2. At least 10 – 12 years of working experience in Manager level. •At least 10 years of experience and at least 5 years of experience in a manager position up- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  3. Demonstrate a proven track record in governance Comprehensive "training program plan" and the ability to act as a host/MC. in various training.
  4. Good command of English (Able to communicate fluently in English)
  5. Strong leadership, and work under pressure, highly motivated individual with positive energy.
