Job Descriptions
•To ensure activities carried out under the functions comply with Company Group policies. •To develop / implement / maintain new information technology and business systems to increase business operations’ efficiency on an ongoing basis. •To ensure reliable network environment by maintaining secured network (data securities and backups) and keeping systems (including PCs, Servers, Networks, data communications, mail systems, ) •To provide timely and effective system supports to users in all business functions. •To manage and implement the most cost effective system solutions to the business. •Manage and provide technical and operational day-to-day IT support for all infrastructure, software hardware applications, maintenance, trouble shooting, protocols, system backup, disaster recovery planning, PCs, server, hub, router, Firewall, LAN and all other applications. •Maintains and Controlling software and hardware for each department (Depend on Demand) •Manage and maintains company’s servers, Backup system and networking system. •Administration of Windows server.
Qualifications
  1. Thai male / female , age between 22 – 35 years old.
  2. Bachelor or higher in computer science, computer engineering or any other related field.
  3. Good command of English both of writing & speaking.
  4. Minimum 3 years working experience in IT operation management preferred from multinational manufacturing environment.
  5. Knowledge and keen on operating of Windows XP, 7 (32 and 64 bit), Microsoft Office 2007/2010, SQL Server, Windows Server 2003,2008,2012,2016.
  6. Able to actively Directory configuration and support.
  7. In-depth knowledge of TCP / IP addressing, DNS, DHCP subnet allocation,
  8. Backup hardware / software design, implementation and support, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  9. Hands on experience in Printer/Multi-function device installation and support.
  10. Advanced PC/Laptop/Workstation/Hardware troubleshooting and support.
  11. le to installs and configures Windows Server VM / LAN/WAN Network infrastructure, including Core Switches, Core Routers, Wireless LAN, VLAN, IP subnet addressing, Firewalls and other network appliances.
  12. Has experience in C#,JQuery, SQL Command , VB.net is an advantage
  13. Has experience in ERP software is an advantage .
