- Research and identify potential suppliers to meet material requirements. - Evaluate and compare offers from different suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery terms. - Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely and accurate delivery. - Record and maintain purchase details such as vendor information, quantities, and prices in the internal database. - Monitor inventory levels and initiate orders to replenish stock as needed. - Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement.
Proficiency in Chinese or English.
Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of patience.
Able to work well under pressure with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong team player and able to collaborate effectively with others.
Computer literate, with good command of Microsoft Office and experience using SAP or related ERP systems.
