Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: - Review RPA request and process all types of payments to comply with policies, company rule. - Process daily payments (AP) - Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment-related issues timely and efficiently. - Support processing of supplier invoices - Request for payment letter. - Other tasks assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
1-2 years working experience in Accounting, AP
Good communication in English. (TOEIC Score 500 will be an advantage)
Knowledge of VAT, Withholding Tax, Stamp duty, Revenue code.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in ERP, SAP System.
