6.Collaborate with managers to create training plans.

8.Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and prepare and distribute HR-related reports.
9.Develop and manage the HR department budget and monitor expenses related to recruitment, training, and benefits.
10.Communicate changes in policies to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
11.Collaborate with company leadership on HR strategies and initiatives.
12.Contribute to long-term workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications - Proficient in English.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrates a strong personality.
- Preferably aged 35 years or older (Woman)
