Job Descriptions
MAJOR TASKS: •Office Administration •Contact Government for Company -Chatuchak District, -Dept of Industrials work -Dept of Empowerment Disabilities -Dept of Ministry of Commerce (Properties Tax, The Place that harmful for health, -Dept of Labor Welfare Committee, extend the Plant every 5 years and renewal fee every year, Pay for Empowerment Disabilities, -Logo & Trademark, Company Certificate every 6 months & Bor Aor Jor 5 •Company Activities Support DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Supervise cleaner team (all members) 2.Prepare working instruction and check list for cleaners. 3.Schedule to check cleaner’s work status. At least twice daily. Keep checking records for evaluation. 4.Garbage disposal/clearance (from restrooms, canteen, offices and other common areas – except chemical waste treatment) and except sellable scrap which shall be handled by other person in charge. 5.In change of cleanness of common areas -Common walking areas -Guard house -Canteen -Restrooms -Meeting rooms -Pantry -Parking -First Aid Room 6.Work with local authorities such as a. Dept. of People Disabilities, Industrial Works, Chatuchak District, Trademark, b. Garbage disposal/pick up, People Disabilities Organization, and others for document submission if any 7.Be admin representative 1st contact point for repair and maintenance and related matters in those common areas. Respectively co-ordinate with EM and IT to ensure the repair and maintenance is completed timely per lead time pre-agreed. 8.Co-ordinate the schedule for Pest Control (Bangkhen and BST). Announce in advance to all employees monthly. 9.Maintain/Update Company registration and membership list. 10.Take care for First Aid Room 11.Take care for CCTV 12.Be an active member of safety health and environment, BCP, emergency response. 13.A member or leader in projects assigned by superior 14.Other assignments from the managers
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree
  2. Experience min 3-5 years in admin tasks
  3. Good computer skill
  4. Good in negotiation and communication skill, time management, problem solving and self-motivation.
  5. ISO knowledge
