Job Descriptions
1.) Achieve production targets and driving continuously improvement, production processes and quality control.
2.) Communicates business needs, schedules changes, process problems, success stories. This communication takes place top to bottom and horizontal across the organization.
3.) Supervision of workforce to include directing workflow, scheduling, evaluating and disciplining production & packaging employees.
4.) Ensuring safety procedures and processes occur in plant
5.) Supervising the execution of production, packaging and warehouse processes and procedures in accordance with the Production Schedule.
6.) Ensuring production documentation is accurate and complete
7.) People development in organization.
8.) Productivity and optimize resource with LEAN, Kaizen tools.
Qualifications
- ป.ตรี สาขาอิเล็คทรอนิคส์
- ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความสามารถในการบริหารจัดการ
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ปฏิบัติ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะพิจรณาเป็นพิเษศ
