GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Responsible for coordinating and providing direction for customer service initiatives and working with operations and customers to deliver consistent and high level of customer service. 2. Maintain and maximize growth potential of existing key customers and respond to customer needs, enquires and address their concern

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 years of work experience in Key Account
Having Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Business presentation making skill are required
Proactive, presentation and negotiation
Have own car and driving license
