Attractive Package: - Base Salary 15000 THB - Language Allowance (Maximum 5000 THB per month) - Shift Allowance - Additional Allowance Job Purpose: Deliver shop sales targets, and Customer Satisfaction. Advise customers on products and services that best suit their needs and lifestyle. Execute sales transactions and order activation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Offer products and promotions to customer for sales target achievement. Well understand TRUE's products and promotion. 2. Follow-up purchasing or subscribing throughout the process, until completely handover to customer. 3. Responsible and ensure cash or money correctness and submit money correctly according to report from the system. 4. Take ownership and ensure customer's problem is solved within time frame. Provide well hospitality to ensure customer high satisfaction. 5. Ensure all related document completeness, then forward to the related channel as defined by the processes. Prepare report, summarize cases, define issued and opportunities, then updated to manager. Required Skills: • Selling Skill • Communication Skill • Negotiation Skill • Business Acumen • Service Mind Additional Information: - 5 Working Day per week. - Training period before on floor. - Rotating Day off.

Qualifications

21 - 30 years old.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields.
Interpersonal and communication skills – both in Thai and English (Conversational Level).
Must be able to work in Shift.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
No working experience in Customer Service field is also welcome.
