Job Descriptions
Responsible for the following business / functional activities: • Manage Day-to-day procurement plan • Vendor management • Support stakeholders on policies and process execution as well as the procure-to-pay process in SAP • Maintain vendor classification or categorization based on corporate standard • Consult regional team for global contract local execution. Eg dell laptops. AT&T service. etc • Manage benchmarking and bidding process, negotiating pricing, commercial terms and conditions • Develop pricing agreement and contract, and support development and review of non-standard vendor contracts. • Apply negotiation tool(such as e-sourcing) where appropriate for better cost management and performance • Select and maintain good level of source for supply to ensure the requirements of the category are met with the optimum quality, service and cost • Keep up to date with market trends, prices and development. Provide innovative ideas and solution to the business team by offering new and improved alternatives where possible Location: Rayong, WHA 4 Monday - Friday
Qualifications
  1. 1-2 year experiences is acceptable, but need to know basic procurement process
  2. we are open for fresh grads who are young talent, fast learning and adaptive
  3. Working knowledge of SAP, ARIBA is an advantage
  4. Bachelor’s Degree or above
  5. Proficiency in English.
