Key Responsibilities:
- Plays a crucial role in ensuring that the organization obtains the necessary materials, equipment, and services from international suppliers efficiently and cost-effectivel.
- Identify potential suppliers worldwide and evaluate their capabilities, reliability, and financial stability.
- Negotiat terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and quality standards with overseas suppliers.
- Keep abreast of market trends, supplier capabilities, and regulatory changes in the paper industry
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as accounting, finance, warehouse, delivery and sales, to align procurement strategies with organizational goals..
- Update and prepare reports as required.
- Other related procurement works as assignments.
