Job Descriptions
1. Provides process instruction for manufacturing. 2. Process improvement for ultimate yield and quality, less scrap and cycle time. 3. Support new model set up,Process design, from teamwork until SOP, tooling and document preparation. 4. Create, review and revise for correction P-FMEA, control plan including error proofing development for specific area 5. Ramp up and follow up OEE, C/T, productivity, scrap reduction and monitor production process to meet quality, cost and output 6. Preparation of production documents and working standard (e.g. work instructions, test instruction, etc.)
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree of Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronics or relates Engineering degree.
  2. Knowledge of Auto CAD 3D or Solid work program.
  3. Experience in manufacturing series production in automotive business, wire harness.
  4. Good communication skill both Thai and English (Listening , Writing and Speaking)
  5. Cost-focus mindset
  6. Continuous improvement mindset
