Job Descriptions
Location : Nakornphathom Province Oversees all aspect of daily laboratory activities for Cryoviva (Thailand) Ltd. (CTL). Ensuring product safety, purity and quality, at all times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Perform all functions as described in the CTL Laboratory Technologist job description (attached) • Assign staff to laboratory duties to ensure all required tasks are completed efficiently and effectively meeting all required protocol. • 100% compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. • Ensure all staff perform per PPP, SOPs. • Oversee quality control and documentation for Personnel, Products and Reagents • Oversee equipment and documentation- Responsible for notification of positive infectious disease/abnormal Hemoglobin testing to Medical Director oQuality Control oCalibration oMaintenance • Create, revise and maintain Standard Operating Procedures as needed in cooperation with QA department. • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports, as assigned. • Oversee/perform laboratory training and competency assessments (initial, annual and as needed) • Perform annual employee performance appraisals of reporting subordinates as assigned by Lab Manager. • Investigate new technologies and methodologies for potential use at CTL. • Participate in process improvement and internal systems process efficiency (cost optimization and reduction) • Follow all CTL protocols regarding confidentiality • Assist in any/all CTL tasks to meet goals and necessary time lines • Support and communicate corporate objectives through actions and attitude, including routine review of department performance against department/corporate goals to optimize success. • Develop and promote partnerships with laboratory vendors.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, or related.
  2. 1-3 years experience in quality system and management of medical laboratory.
  3. Has an experience in cell culture laboratory will be advantage.
  4. Good interpersonal, team working and communication skills
  5. Work 6 days/week
