Job Descriptions
- Provide information regarding the courses and education visas to customers. - Reply to customers' inquiries via email, phone calls, and social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Line@ accounts. - Update the customers'/students' information on the database and among teammates. - Work hours: Tuesday to Saturday 08:30 to 17:30. - Work remotely 2 days a week (Tue and Sat) and at the school 3 days a week (Wed to Fri).
Qualifications
  1. Female age 22 - 25 years.
  2. Graduated with a bachelor's degree in any field.
  3. Good command of English. TOEIC score of 800 or equivalent.
  4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to communicate well.
  5. Able to use a computer and Google applications (eg: Google sheets, Google Calendar, etc.) and write emails.
  6. Knowledge and/or experience in the ED Visa / Language school system is an advantage.
  7. Work experience in customer service or a related field for 1 year is a plus. Fresh graduates can also apply.
