Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำตารางงานสำหรับกิจกรรมประจำวันของศูนย์บริการทางโทรศัพท์
2. ตอบแชทออนไลน์จากลูกค้าทุกช่องทางบริการ
3. มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร สามารถนำเสนอข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับลูกค้าได้
4. ให้ข้อมูลด้านทันตกรรมทางโทรศัพท์
5. สามารถทำนัดและคอนเฟิร์มนัดได้
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 23-30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดสาขาวิชา
- สามารถใช้ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้
- มีทักษะการประสานงาน การบริการ
- คล่องแคล่ว ว่องไว มีไหวพริบดี และมีวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์
- สามารถควบคุมและตรวจสอบผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาได้
- สามารถใช้หรือสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน (ไม่ตรงกับวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์)
