Job Descriptions
1.จัดการงานสรรหาบุคลากร และการจ้างงานจนเสร็จสิ้นกระบวนการ 2.ดำเนินการพัฒนาบุคลากรตามแผนการพัฒนาประจำปี และติดตามผลการพัฒนาให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย 3.จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมแรงงานสัมพันธ์และกิจกรรมภายในองค์กร 4.รับผิดชอบควบคุมการประมวลผลสถิติการทำงาน และจัดทำค่าจ้าง 5.ติดตามสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงาน KPIs ของฝ่ายต่างๆ 6.ติดตามกฎหมายแรงงาน และนำมาปรับปรุงระเบียบปฏิบัติภายในบริษัท
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 35 - 45 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาการบริหารบุคคล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริหารบุคคล 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในระดับหัวหน้างานสายงานบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  5. มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ และมีศักยภาพที่จะพัฒนาสู่ระดับจัดการ
  6. มีความรู้และสามารถปฏิบัติใช้ KPIs, Job description, Retention
  7. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน และ รอบรู้ในงาน HR
