Job Descriptions
- Serving on the front lines of customer service.
- Provide information to customers about services
- Give our visitors a warm welcome, and guide them and our employees along the way.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution.
- Maintaining and updating records and database (telephone registers, call tracking and client contacts).
- General admin activities and other help desk tasks.
- Contributing to the monthly management report for the client and participating in emergency evacuation procedures.
- Managing with expense control for pool driver, messenger, office supplies, mobile phone, office phone, conference rooms, catering, events, flower arrangement coordination, and others.
Qualifications
- Have 1-2 years’ experience in front desk management or reception.
- Able to maintain and improve the front office.
- Able to manage activities using different systems.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Good service mind
