ขั้นตอนการทำงาน > ทำความเข้าใจวัตถุประสงค์ในการทำงานของโปรแกรม และวางแผนโดยเขียนแผนภาพ ขั้นตอนของโปรแกรมโดยละเอียด > เขียนโปรแกรมด้วยภาษาทางคอมพิวเตอร์ต่างๆ เช่น ภาษา C++ ภาษา Java > อัพเดทและพัฒนาขยายโปรแกรม > ทดสอบโปรแกรมและแก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อบกพร่องที่เกิดขึ้น > สร้างและทดสอบรหัสในการพัฒนาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ แก้ไขปัญหา Hardware,Software,Network ลงโปรแกรม Windows Office และโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ ได้ สามารถใช้โปรแกรมเกี่ยวกับกราฟิต และ Internet ได้ สามารถซ่อม โน้ตบุ๊ค ปริ้นเตอร์ มอนิเตอร์ได้ ตรวจสอบแก้ไขระบบ Hardware,Network,OS มีความเข้าใจการทำงานของคอมพิวเตอร์,เครื่องพิมพ์,จอภาพ,อุปกรณ์สำรองไฟ มีความรู้เรื่องระบบ Network ดูระบบ Network ติดตั้ง ลงโปรแกรม ดูแลระบบ Internet และระบบ Security ดูแลแก้ไขปัญหา Hardware และ Software ซ่อมแชม
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีหรือโทในสาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในตำแหน่ง Help Desk หรือ Tech Support หรืองานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (3/5/6 ปี)
  3. พูด เขียน สื่อสารภาษา (ไทย/อังกฤษ) ได้ในระดับ (พื้นฐาน/ดี)
  4. ให้การสนับสนุนดูแลด้านไอทีอย่างทันท่วงที
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และมีความรับผิดชอบ
