Job Descriptions① Check the import and export documents after customs clearance, arrange and file them regularly.Regularly review the documents to ensure the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the documents, and make the registration and handover records of the materials that the customers require to be sent back or returned.② Responsible for the arrangement and storage of training records.③ Collect and register the certificates, legal documents and other documents issued by the customs and keep them uniformly. If they need to be transferred to customers, make the registration and handover records.④ Assist the manager of the customs declaration department to make registration records for the use of the customs declaration seal, and file and keep the Registration Form for the use of the Customs Declaration Seal.
⑤ In accordance with the provisions of the Document Management System, the customs declaration documents, internal documents, external documents, etc. shall be sorted out, packed and filed, and the documents to be kept shall be handed over to the administration and human resources Department in accordance with the provisions.
⑥ In accordance with the provisions of the Training Management System, collect relevant professional training information, formulate departmental training plans, and submit them to the training specialist of the Administration and personnel Department after the approval of superior leaders. Determine the instructors, organize and arrange the implementation of the training plan, evaluate the training results, and file the training materials.
⑦ Cooperate with the internal audit department to provide internal audit information, explain the questions raised by the internal audit department and other related work.
⑧ Participate in the training organized by the company or the department, department team building activities.
