Job Descriptions
• Introducing the self storage services to customers with good understanding. • Respond to customer questions in an efficient and appropriate manner. • Answering incoming calls ; taking messages and re-directing calls as required. • Taking care customers to get the best experience in any touch points. • Assist with customer outreach. • Coordinate with the marketing team and other departments. • Coordinate between our logistic outsourcing and customers. • Updating customer records and storage units. Qualifications
  1. Female or Male with approximate age 23-30
  2. Bachelor’s Degree in all major
  3. 0- 5 years experience in Customer Service.
  4. Be able to speak English (common communication).
  5. Basic able to work under pressure environment.
  6. Basic computer skill (Excel, work, Presentation).
  7. Eager to learn.
  8. High leadership and good negotiation.
  9. High responsibility and good follow up.
  10. Good personality and good follow up.
  11. Initiative for problem solving.
  12. Work 5 days per week 09.00 – 18.00 hrs.
