Job Descriptions

1.Report Preparation: • Prepare and maintain various reports, including Business Unit reports, Quarterly Business Reviews, Board meeting reports, Capex tracking reports, Costing analysis reports, Gross Profit reports, and other relevant financial reports. •Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of these reports to support informed decision-making. 2.Matrix Organization Support: •Collaborate with multiple parties, including different departments to gather data and information for reporting purposes. 3.Master Data Review (SAP Go-Live Preparation): •Assist in reviewing and cleaning master data in preparation for the SAP system's go-live scheduled for January 2024. •Collaborate with the IT and Finance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of master data, which is critical for the successful implementation of SAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Familiarity with matrix organizational structures and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus
