Job Descriptions
We are seeking a Sales Manager with expertise in IT Solution/System Integration, Sales Project Evaluation, and government client connections. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales, focusing on government clients. Report to: Senior Sales Manager Subordinate: Senior Sales Representative, Junior Sales Representative (Total 6 people) Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Senior Sales Manager to develop sales strategies. - Manage and coordinate sales activities to achieve revenue goals. - Build and maintain relationships with government clients and stakeholders. - Evaluate project opportunities, calculating costs and margins for successful bids. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key government clients. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including participation in government auctions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Work closely with the presales team to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements and effective solution proposals. - Collaborate with the project management team to streamline project delivery and meet client expectations. - Provide guidance and support to the sales team. - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. *** Benefits: Fleet card, Car allowance, Phone Allowance, Commission&Incentive, Performance bonus, Annual leave (14 days), Business leave, Parking, Health and Life Insurance (Emergency, IPD, OPD), Provident Fund
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality
  2. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience with a focus on software solutions.
  3. At least 3 years of experience in managerial positions, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Experience in evaluating projects, calculating costs, and determining project margins.
  6. Connections with government clients and knowledge of government auctions.
  7. Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  8. Must have a valid driving license and own a car for business-related travel.
