Wan Thai Foods (Yum-Yum) extend the production line process, We are hiring newcomer as responsibilities and qualifications below.
Responsibilities :
1. Production management, production improvement, and production techniques to enhance production efficiency, ensuring the achievement of the department's targets.
2. Supervise production operations, plan manpower allocation, and oversee subordinates to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
3. Responsible for organizing workflows, improving and resolving issues, reporting, and monitoring to ensure equipment, machinery, and workplaces are well-maintained, orderly, and safe for operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biological Engineering or related engineering field.
- Experience 0-1 years up.
- Have leadership and Able to write and speak English.
- Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Power point), Internet.
- Able to work with night shift and work Monday-Saturday.
- Core competencies: Leadership, Teamwork, Commitment to Safety.
- Main functional competencies: Commitment, Communication, Problem Solving, Urgency.
- Knowledge in ISO system, Quality system (GHP/HACCP).
