- Mold Making & Repair การบำรุงรักษาการซ่อมแม่พิมพ์ - Analyze Problem From injection Molding สามารถวิเคราะห์ปัญหาจากการขึ้นรูปของแม่พิมพ์ได้ - Can use Milling M/C, Lathe M/C, Grinding M/C,Laser welding M/C สามารถใช้เครื่องจักร และ การซ่อมบำรุงแม่พิมพ์ได้ เช่น เครื่องกลึง เครืองเจียร ฯลฯ - กำหนดแผนทำ Mold PM. -วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและกำหนดวิธีการซ่อมแม่พิมพ์ -ควบคุมและติดตามการซ่อม -ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายในหน่วยงาน Mold Making การสร้างแม่พิมพ์ - ตรวจเช็คแบบและวางแผนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์ - ออกแบบเขียนแบบแม่พิมพ์ - เสนอแบบต่อลูกค้า เพื่อการอนุมัติ - ดำเนินการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบในการสร้างแม่พิมพ์ - ดำเนินการสร้างแม่พิมพ์ตามแผนงาน - ทดสอบและแก้ไขเพื่อขออนุมัติจากลูกค้า - ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายและคุณภาพของการสร้างแม่พิมพ์

Qualifications

Male age 35-45 years.
Diploma in Machanical or related
Experience have 2 colors injection knowledge is Adventage in mold maintenance & mold making jobs minimum 15-25 years in Plastic Injection
Can use Wire cut / CNC / EDM / Grinding M/C, /Milling M/C, /Lathe M/C, Welding M/C
Good Knowledge of mold design software CAD/CAM
Good communicate : English, If can speak Japanese it will be considered.
Good in Mold making process control.
