Job Descriptions
Content Executive
- Develop content and creative assets for campaign communication for brands across multiple categories (FMCG, beauty, electronics etc)
- Study different brands key marketing message and brand identity in order to design unique brand contents for different social media platform
- Ensure that all the communications align with communication strategy and communication message.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and other departments to ensure that all promotional communications are within Brands’ guidelines.
- Stay up to date with all social media viral trend to keep Ripples’ suggested contents fresh and relevant

Influencer Marketing Executive
- ค้นหา Influencer ใหม่ๆ โดยสามารถ Identify และสื่อสารกับ Influencers ในช่องทาง Social Media ต่างๆ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามBrief ของทีมการตลาด (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- สื่อสาร Concept, Key Message และจุดขายของสินค้าให้กับ Influencers ได้เป็นอย่างดี (มีความรู้ความเข้าใจสินค้าในเชิงกลยุทธ์การตลาด)
- บริหารจัดการ Influencer Budget ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตาม budget ที่บริษัทได้วางไว้
- บริหารจัดการ Campaign หรือโปรเจคต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายได้ตาม Timeline ที่กำหนด
- บริหารจัดการความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับ Influencers
- สรุป Report ประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน และนำเสนอแผนการพัฒนางานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
- ติดตามเอกสารต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหา Influencers

Qualifications
- Thai nationality, Open for any gender
- Diploma to Bachelor Degree or other equivalent
- For Content Executive :
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, consumer products or retail business are preferred
- Experience in managing brand marketing and communication on online channel such as TikTok and Facebook
- Personable and attentive
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Strong creative mindset
- For Influencer Marketing Executive :
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้าน Influencer/KOL Marketing อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านการใช้ Social Media เช่น Facebook, Tiktok, IG, YouTube ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ และทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง บริหารจัดการงานของตนเองได้ ทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี
