Job Descriptions

1、主導新產品之導入使其順利量產 2、產品C0-C6系統文件发行、更新及追踪 3、ECR/ECN 发行及追踪 4、新厂商能力評估，厂商季度/年度稽核 5、產線良率之提升﹐不良樣品分析与對策 6、現場修理人員之技能訓練，维修流程之定义 7、新模具，新厂商样品确认及量试安排 8、成本降低改善 9、參與品質改善小組活動 10、OQC、产线异常、客诉分析及对策提出 11、材料异常、模具异常处理 12、协助RD相关实验验证 13、SOP检讨及制程改善 14、上級主管交辦事項 1.Lead the smooth mass production introduction of new products. 2.Distribute, update, and track system documents for products C0-C6. 3.Issue and track Engineering Change Requests (ECR) / Engineering Change Notices (ECN). 4.Evaluate new supplier capabilities and conduct quarterly/annual supplier audits. 5.Improve production line yield, analyze and develop strategies for defective samples. 6.Provide skills training for on-site repair personnel and define repair processes. 7.Confirm and schedule trials for new molds and samples from new suppliers. 8.Implement cost reduction improvements. 9.Participate in quality improvement team activities. 10.Analyze and propose solutions for Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), production line exceptions, and customer complaints. 11.Handle material and mold exceptions. 12.Assist in RD-related experiments and validations. Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and process improvements. 13.Handle tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

工作經驗: 不拘學歷:本科以上，科系電子與機械相關尤佳
Work Experience: Not specified Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to electronics and mechanical engineering.
語文條件:英文能力TOEIC 400以上；中文聽說讀寫流利者優先錄用
Language Requirement: Proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 400 or above) and fluency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese are preferred.
