Job Descriptions
1、根据业务需要拟制、审核各类合同、文件；
According to business needs to prepare, review all kinds of contracts, documents;
2、提供法律咨询、出具法律意见；
Provide legal advice, issue legal opinions;
3、完成公司各项制度合法性审查、协助推进制度执行；
Complete the review of the legitimacy of the company's systems, to help promote the implementation of the system;
4、处理仲裁、诉讼事务和非诉法律纠纷；
Dealing with arbitration, litigation and non-litigation legal disputes;
5、公司重大项目、合同的谈判、草拟及签署；
The company's major projects, contract negotiations, drafting and signing;
6、完成部门交办的其它事务。
Complete other affairs assigned by the department.
Qualifications
- 法学相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 2年及以上相关岗位工作经验
- 专业功底扎实，熟悉泰国法律法规。
- 母语为泰语，英文良好，懂中文尤佳。
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a law-related field;
- 2 or more years of work experience in related positions
- Solid professional background and familiar with Thai laws and regulations.
- Native Thai, good English, knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
