- Assist project managers to maintain customer relations and maintain benign interactions with customers - Assist project managers to coordinate resources, promote project implementation, deliver implementation results on time and quality, and be responsible for project operation quality - Responsible for project data monitoring, responsible for operating KPI and SLA - Assist project manager to communicate across departments - Perform other work delivered by the company or superior

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above
3+ years of experience in Customer service, Key Account, Account Executive is preferred
Good office software skills, especially excel/ppt; experience in foreign companies is preferred
Self-motivated and capable of learning, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork
Active, enthusiastic, caring, responsible, results-oriented, able to arrange work at the same time and reasonably and effectively
Chinese and Thai speaking
