Job Descriptions

1.Monitor and maintain IT network and perform troubleshooting for end users. 2.Resolving IT support tickets as requested for PC clients issues. 3.Installing software and hardware drivers and updating existing as needed on PC clients. 4.Create and maintain PC client configuration and procedure documents. 5.Provide technical consultancy and solution around IT-related topics. 6.Responsible for day-to-day related IT operation. 7.Routinely travel on-site (to the Branch offices and customer's places). 8.Support other ad-hoc task basis as business requested

Qualifications

Male age 21-30 years old.
High vocational certificate or Bachelor's degree in Computer or IT-related field.
Minimum experience 1 year in IT technical support.
Knowledge of basic Computer Hardware, Software, Operating System and Networking.
Basic and moderate command of English.
Able to work in holiday, overtime and work outside at the Brach offices and customer's places.
Good interpersonal, communication and troubleshooting skills.
Customer service mind, strong discipline and positive attitude in teamwork environment.
Must have a car driver's license.
