Job Descriptions

Main Responsibility • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. • Attract and find the right candidates. • Develop and execute recruiting plans. • Validate and develop as well as reviewing job descriptions on an ongoing basis. • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. • Build networks to find qualified candidates. • Conduct pre-screening and interviews to find qualified candidates with Line Managers. • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. • Attend events or career fairs for recruiting and company recognition. • Keep record all recruitment, activities and candidate information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human resource, Psychology, or any related fields
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
At least 1 year of experience in HR function.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Good command in English communication skill.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online searching.
Positive thinking and work adjustment relationship with team.
Solving problem, time management.
