Job Descriptions
Job Responsibility • Control, monitor and inspect various operations of the Purchasing and General Affairs section to operate effectively • Set up work systems and operating procedures in accordance with the policies set by the company. • Solve problems and advice on various operations within the Purchasing and General Affairs Section • Propose a budget and control the use of the budget in accordance with the plan effectively. and effectiveness • Review procurement approval documents and summary of PC&GA reports. • Make improvements and develop the PC&GA system to be up-to-date and usable • Do system analysis and various operating methods Ready to make improvements accordingly put to use effectively • Analysis of the current system. and continue to improve and develop to suit the situation and the Company's business operations • Control the various administrative tasks of the company to be efficient. according to the work system specified by the company • Evaluate the probationary of employees in the section according to the work system specified by the company. • Evaluate the performance of employees under the company according to the work system specified by the company. • Presenting a report on the performance of the PC&GA section to the top management • Control the procurement operations. to be in accordance with the work system and established procedures • Promote and support communication within and outside the organization to be effective and effectiveness • Review and check the Work Instruction made by PC&GA staff. • Comply with the duties and responsibilities stated in each procedure and work instruction. • Cooperate in organizing activities to maintain the quality system, environment and other international standards set by the company. • Follow and maintain the 3S system, Safety, activities according to international standards that the company requires.
Qualifications
  1. Age 35-45 years old
  2. Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields
  3. Experience 5 years in the position of Purchasing and General Affairs Manager
  4. Fast learning, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills are required
  5. Interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
  6. Special Knowledge or Talent Can communicate in English, able to use basic computer programs including SAP
  7. Preferable Skill Good management skill
