Job Descriptions
1. กำกับควบคุมงานด้านบริการ ของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้เป็นที่พอใจสูงสุดของ ผู้รับบริการ 2. ตอบสนองนโยบายของผู้บริหารให้บรรลุตามวัตุประสงค์ 3. ดุแลงานบริการให้ได้มาตรฐาน ผู้รับบริการเกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุด 4. ติดต่อประสานขอความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ นอกโรงพยาบาล 5. แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า 6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษกับผู้รับบริการต่างชาติได้ 7. การดูแลควบคุมงานให้ได้มาตรฐานตามวิชาชีพ 8.รับรายงานและดูแลผู้ป่วยทุกคนให้รับการพยาบาลที่ถูกต้องตามแผนการรักษา ของแพทย์ 9.จัดอัตรากำลังให้เหมาะสมและเพียงพอกับจำนวนผู้ป่วย 10.บริหารและปฎิบัติงานในแผนกให้ดำเนินไปตามนโยบายของโรงพยาบาล 11.งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 35 -45 ปี
  2. การศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง 5 ปีขึ้นไป หัวหน้าแผนกWARD
  4. บุคลิกภาพดี รักการเรียนรู้ มีใจรักในงานบริการ
  5. มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพ
  6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
  7. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Ms. Office ได้ดี
  8. มีความซื่อสัตย์ สุจริต รักษาความลับ และปฏิบัติตาม กฎระเบียบ ข้อบังคับของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด
  9. สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
  10. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
