Job Descriptions

-Implement store activities to plan and manage gross sales, including managing sales promotion, tracking sales, and researching for new opportunity, to achieve plans and goals effectively. -Manage complaints from customers and propose to solve problems as well as improve staff operations in providing service following standards. -Manage and control stock and storage effectively to prepare sufficient stock following plans and standards -Maintain and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation. -Understanding of macro/micro economic, geographic, demographic, customer behavior, and related law and regulations.

Qualifications

อายุระหว่าง 25 - 40 ปี
จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
มีประสบการณ์ด้านค้าปลีกหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี ขึ้นไป
สามารถโอนย้ายทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ
มีใจรักในงานบริการและแนวความคิดแบบเถ้าแก่
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
