Job Descriptions
Main purpose of job.
To focus on projects time frame and constraints from all departments at HSO, GDC, and GHQ. Ensure projects are aligned with business requirements. Effective and efficient projects are driving to prevent losses, manufacturing down and shortage finish good supply. Engaging relevant stake holder from all departments to get involved in the projects.
Project management.
- Gather and raise awareness of the overall timeframe for all projects from HSO (HSOT, GDC, GHQ) which related to manufacturing and GDC activities. Prevent un-smooth and delay of any activities reflect to business obstruction. Prioritize and implement the improvement for sustainable.
- Engaging relevant stake holder from all departments to get involved in the projects by the necessary requirement.
- Fulfilment the support of projects
- Track, report the overall progress in weekly and Quarterly basis.
Project leading
- Self-project leading support HSOT activities as per assignment.
- Actively collaborates with various function in Operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above in Engineering (IE), Administration, Management or relevant field
- Experience in project management, project leader would be highly advantaged
- Excellent in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing)
- Fast learner of soft and hard skill as per projects requirements
- Energetic, determined, and dependable personality with a mindset of obtaining quality results, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Strong collaboration and team player with cross cultural management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with self-awareness and good work ethics
- Core leadership Competency: Deliver on commitment, Be co-operative
