Qualifications/Education Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or Marketing or similar course of study or equivalent work experience Required Skills - English fluency in reading, writing and speaking; - Able to build relationships with expat customers; - Enjoys working as a Team; - Computer skills for Apple programs including an iMac computer and iphone; - Fluency in Google applications including Gmail and Google Drive, Excel; - Able to Drive a car and having a valid driving license motorbike Preferred Skills - Previous work experience with English-speakers; - Previous work experience in customer service; basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques; - car driver’s license and driving experience Ideal Candidate Will Have Outgoing and engaging personality, desire to help others, personal satisfaction in accomplishing work goals; enjoys working with other team members and a desire to be a part of the mission and vision of Bliss Mae Baan Network and Bliss Clean + Care Co. Ltd. Customer Service and Sales Responsibilities Working on the sales and customer service team in all activities associated with each of the following revenue streams and services - Weekly Customers - One Time Clean Customers - Deep Clean Customers - Specialty Service Customers - Consultation Service Customers - Customer Spot Checks as requested Other Administrative Responsibilities For all revenue streams assigned to the Representative Work on the HubSpot CRM system by inputting new Customer information and updating current BCC Customer information. Provide Intake for new Leads on Hubspot, Line Official and receive phone calls to assist BCC new Leads and current Customers with their service requests Receive and assist all new customer service requests through the website, Facebook, google ads Line Official or through the office phone and assign customer service requests to the appropriate CS Representative.

Qualifications

มีความคล่องแคล่วในการอ่านการเขียนและพูดภาษาอังกฤษ
มีทักษะทางคอมพิวเตอร์สำหรับโปรแกรมระบบของ Apple รวมถึงคอมพิวเตอร์ iMac และการใช้โทรศัพท์มือถือ มีความคล่องแคล่วในการใช้งาน Google รวมถึง gmail, Excel, Google Calendar
มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์และมีประสบการณ์การขับรถ มีมนุษย์พันธ์ที่ดีสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
มีใจรักบริการ และสามารถทำงานร่วมกันผู้อื่นได้ดี ทำงานเป็นทีม
สามารถจัดการบริหารงานแบบ Multi Tasking ได้
