Job Descriptions

- Implement and maintain available BOI privileges and licenses, including import duty exemptions, as well as corporate income tax privileges related to BOI approval - Ensure timely submission , completion of BOI applications and that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date for all relevant projects - Stay informed about the latest BOI regulations to increase opportunities for new projects, to be submitted for BOI approval, maximizing available privileges for the company - Advise internal departments on customs technical data, tariff classification, and applicable duty & tax rates for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, machinery, and equipment - To deal with BOI office for BOI matters; new project applies, revision and extension BOI card and cancellation project - Other jobs assigned

Qualifications

Age between 25–40 years old
5 years of experience in dealing with BOI (Board of Investment) matters including BOI reporting and compliance.
Bachelor’s Degree & Above Business Administration , Logistics and supply chain management or related filed
Understanding and applying the rules and regulations of BOI to ensure compliance and maximize benefits.
Knowledge of import/export regulations
Able to adapt quickly to changes in regulations and laws, and to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using collaborative platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace,etc
English, Japanese/Chinese (Would be advantage)
Must be willing to travel regularly to the factory in Chonburi and the BOI office as needed
Driving License
Trained in RMTS systems , eMT system Courses and all BOI application systems (ถ้ามี)
