- มีประสบการด้านวิศวกรรมในโรงงาน / New Model / Process Improvement / Design Process อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถเขียนแบบด้วย Solid work / Auto Cad ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- รู้ข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพ IATF16949
- มีความมุ่งมั่นและละเอียดรอบคอบ
