Job Descriptions
Join a growing team, learn lots, and make a difference! PULSE looking for:HR Associate. Overall - Support and assist all human resources operations specifically: manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, staff capability development, time attendance, and payroll. - Work closely with the Senior HR Manager and management team to assist as an internal consultant and specialist on people issues. Employee Relation & Administration - Help the foreign employees prepare all company support documents for non-B visa, one-year visa, and work permit. - Handle annual renewal of work permit and visa for our existing foreign employees. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. - Handle the report for employee’s leave, late, absent record,
Qualifications
  1. Good command of Written and Spoken in both Thai and English
  2. Team-oriented
  3. Open-minded and eager to learn
  4. Having the experience to use the Tiger Soft program would be highly considered (Not compulsory)
  5. Minimum 1 year experience in HR or Admin function
  6. Knowledge of Excel formulas (basic formulas, pivot tables)
  7. Understand labor laws and Labour Protection Act
