Job Descriptions

-Supervise Floor Staff: Breaks, time clock management, mentor and act as a resource for staff on Reception, Budtending, Fulfillment, cannabis knowledge, & customer service -Ensure side work for store upkeep is being completed and meets standards, delegating and participating when necessary -Responsible for cash management throughout the shift -Full understanding of the products in store and how to sell them -Understand how to use sales technology. -Understand how to properly package and label products -Good communication skills

Qualifications

สัญชาติไทย
A Bachelor degree, preferably in business
3 or more years in retail business or food and beverage management position
Exceptional skills working with customers, supervising retail associates, invoice management and cash handling
Proficiency with POS system and Google Workspace
Previous experience working in a dispensary or cannabis industry /upscale food and beverage establishment (bonus)
A passion and interest in cannabis (required!)
