Job Descriptions
1.Check and review customer requirements.
2.Negotiate to align factory production capacity with customer.
3.Communicate customer needs to relevant departments.
4.View and control processes and products to meet customer needs.
5.Responsible for taking care of customers, auditing and resolving problems found.
6.Analyze the causes to find solutions and preventive measures. And Respond within the specified time period.
7.Continuously improve to reduce customer complaints.
8.Be a representative in coordinating activities related to customer needs so that the results are in accordance with the agreement in all respects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree up.
- Age not less than 30 Years Old.
- Must have experience in taking care of customers.
- Must have knowledge in all IATF16949 system.
- Can listen and speak English fluently.
