Job Descriptions
- Handle electrical systems for construction to meet a project expectation.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with suppliers (M&E) to monitor processes.
- Perform overall quality control of the work (Budget, Schedule, Plans) and report regularly on project status.
- Handle for auctions and bidding processes for the project (M&E, Advisory, and all concern suppliers for the project)
- Experience in the large scale of Real Estate /Building Design would be an advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer or related fields.
- Experience in MEP System Design and Construction at least 3-5 years.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, etc) would be an advantage.
- Good Communication and report skills.
- Have an Engineering license is an advantage.
- Good communication, high interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Acknowledge and understanding safety knowledge and practices.
