Job Descriptions
-Look after the development of new products including creating parts and BOM of new products. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and sales, to define product specification and requirements and ensure a successful product launch and ongoing support. -Drive technical problem resolution and process execution to ensure production targets are met. -Generate ideas for new products or enhancements to existing products. -Create product design plans and prototypes, test prototypes, and make necessary adjustments and refinements. -Collaborate with production teams to ensure that the product can be efficiently and cost-effectively produced. -Optimize manufacturing processes and work on product scalability. -Identify and resolve any defects or quality issues that arise and implement design changes based on feedback from customers and the market. -Maintain detailed records of design changes, test results, and project milestones.
Qualifications
  1. Male / Female
  2. 30 years old and above
  3. Bachelor of Engineering degree in mechanical, industrial, chemical, or material science engineering. Or other degrees may be considered depending on experience.
  4. 5 years of experience in quality/process engineering in manufacturing.
  5. Preferably, 2-3 years in New Product Development experience.
  6. Skilled in people management and collaborating with others
  7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  8. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
  9. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  10. Excellent in project management
  11. Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO14001
  12. Basic knowledge of CAD
  13. Experienced in product design and product improvement.

  15. Collaborative, positive, and openminded
  16. Curious and eager to learn and explore.
  17. Able to express opinion to management
  18. Good listener and able to take feedbacks
