Job Descriptions

1. Proficient in drafting and reviewing sales, procurement, infrastructure and other types of contracts in Chinese, Thai and English 2. Participate in business communications with local and foreign customers, foreign suppliers, and foreign lawyers in Thailand 3. Handle legal matters related to import, export, and labor employment 4. Participate in special compliance work related to international business regulations, import and export controls, and data security 5. Collaborate to handle the work assigned by the legal department of the group headquarters, and report work to the legal department of the headquarters regularly.

Qualifications

No less than 8 years of legal work in Thailand, of which no less than 3 years of working experience in foreign export and manufacturing enterprises;
Be able to handle contract business proficiently in Chinese, Thai and English, and those with working experience in local Chinese companies in Thailand will be given priority;
Able to handle litigation and arbitration independently;
Strong logical thinking ability, initiative to continue learning, and excellent communication skills.
