- Support business to implement, change, develop, in part IT, part of operation and part of new product
- Highlight high risk account or potential risk account to Team Head for consider or feedback Product Team, Risk management Team, relevant unit for improved credit quality.
- Call dunning prompt directly to customer for negotiate payment plan.
- Review account with unable to contact or unsuccessful call send OA to locate or other alternative action.
- Follow up on broken promise account to negotiate payment plan and closely follow up.
- Key collection activity and customer information in Collections System.
- To identify customer unable to payment, any customer have financial problem but willingness to pay offering Debt relief program.
- To support the Supervisor from Coaching and feedback individual or as a team to improve more efficiency productivity.
- To comply with collection process, procedure or any change policy or regulation of the Bank or BOT
- The routing of account suspect to fraud, high risk or customer having problem to supervisor review, resolve problem.
