-Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. -Communicate with customer and team to provide them with necessary instructions, booking truck, and any changes or updates -Follow up trucking status and update actual pickup and delivery to customer -Summarize the report of trucking services -Co-ordinate with the customer both internal and external parties -Any other duties as required by management

Qualifications

High Vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree and above in Logistics or other related.
At least 1-3 years of working experience about operation/transportation
Can work under pressure, able to accept uncertain working hours.
good communication and coordination skills; can follow-through plans.
Positive & Growth mindset & Teamwork.
Can be use MS Office in good.
Can work 6 day/week.
